Services

Blue Horizon Landscapes provides lawn maintenance, landscaping, hardscaping, and related services. All services are provided according to the terms agreed upon in your service contract.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel services with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply for early termination of annual contracts.

Limitation of Liability

Blue Horizon Landscapes is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
